**Peacock & Binnington Calendar Competition – Terms and Conditions**
**1. Introduction:**
1.1. The Peacock & Binnington Calendar Competition (“Competition”) is organised by Peacock & Binnington, herein referred to as “P&B,” a UK-based company.
1.2. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments or additions made by P&B.
**2. Eligibility:**
2.1. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, agents, and affiliates of P&B, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
**3. Entry Guidelines:**
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must submit their original photos featuring farming, agricultural, or rural themes via social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) using the designated hashtag provided by P&B or via email to the specified email address.
3.2. Each participant can submit a maximum of three (3) entries.
3.3. Entries must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material. P&B reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates this condition.
3.4. By entering the Competition, participants grant P&B a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted photos for promotional purposes related to the Competition and P&B’s 2027 calendar.
**4. Competition Period:**
4.1. The Competition starts on 4th May 2025 and ends on 30th September 2026 (“Competition Period”).
**5. Winner Selection:**
5.1. P&B will select All the winners from all eligible entries. The winners will be chosen based on the quality, relevance, and creativity of their submitted photos.
5.2. The winners will be announced by 31st October 2026, after the Competition Period ends.
5.3. P&B’s decision regarding the winners is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the outcome.
**6. Prizes:**
6.1. Each winner will receive a gift bag from P&B.
6.2. The winning photos will be featured in P&B’s official 2027 calendar.
6.3. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
**7. Notification:**
7.1. The winners will be notified through the social media platform or email they used for submission. Winners must respond to the notification within 28 days to claim their prizes. Failure to respond within this period will result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
**8. Publicity Release:**
8.1. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to allow P&B to use their names, photos, and any other relevant details for promotional purposes without further compensation.
**9. Data Protection:**
9.1. P&B will handle participants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
**10. Disqualification:**
10.1. P&B reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
**11. Changes to the Competition:**
11.1. P&B reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition or any part of it in the event of unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond its control.
**12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By participating in the Peacock & Binnington Calendar Competition, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of P&B.
