Sales Support

We are seeking a new Sales Support at our Head Office in Brigg – it’s a dynamic, hands-on role that places you at the heart of our customer operations. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the chance to be part of something impactful.

You will play a vital part in the demonstration, installation, and customer education process across a wide range of machinery and equipment. From preparing and cleaning new machinery for delivery, to attending technical training sessions, you will be immersed in the latest developments in agricultural technology.

• Strong practical skills and mechanical understanding
• A natural ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Operational experience with agricultural machinery

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing tractors and other machinery for demonstrations and customer delivery
• Carrying out product demonstrations and helping with operational handovers
• Supporting the sales team with machine installations and setup
• Attending manufacturer training to stay up to date on new features and innovations
• Acting as a key link between the business and customers by providing operational advice
• Liaising daily with farm managers, technicians, sales reps, and business owners

• A great communicator who’s comfortable working with people from all areas of the farming community
